Eligibility criteria
• Must be 17-24 years old
• 17 years old must have permission.
• Complete work readiness workshops
• Take part in the Financial Empowerment Workshop.
• Motivation and commitment to completing the course
• No criminal background
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
